Service Description:

Intensive case management services to people with a serious mental illness
Services are provided based on need and client directed * flexible support and treatment are provided using relationship building as the model of service * support in areas such as budgeting, coping and life skills development, system navigation, recreation/leisure, self-care, vocational needs, and advocacy are available

Eligibility / Target Population:
|
Adults and youth 12 years of age and older who are affected by substance use and dependence or internet, gaming and gambling concerns * clients with minor mental illness are accepted
