Service Description:

Community-based housing for adults with serious mental illness * 8 bedroom group home
Residents
share in the life of the home, including meal preparation, chores,
group socials and special events * staff members support residents with
basic support, life skill building, enrichment, medication support,
crisis management and linking to other supports * daily support and on
call service is available
Staff provide one-to-one and
group support, practical assistance and skills teaching to assist
residents in their recovery and in developing skills for independent
living
