Service Description:

Services include life skills groups, social
recreation activities, various sports groups to promote well-being, community kitchens, rehabilitation skills building and other
strength-focused programming
Most services are offered
in Owen Sound, although groups are also delivered in collaboration with
outreach workers based on five community mental health teams across Grey and Bruce Counties
