128-bed long-term care home * four 32-bed areas with private and basic accommodations * 24-hour nursing and personal care * access to a doctor and other health professionals furniture laundry and housekeeping meals personal hygiene supplies medical supplies and equipment (such as catheters, ostomy bags, or wound care supplies) assistance with medication and activities of daily living recreation and social programs
