Service Description:

Companionship, respite care, and emotional support to people
and their family/caregivers coping with serious illness or declining health*
bereavement support for anyone who has experienced the death of someone close*
services can be provided at home, or in hospitals and long-term care homes
In-Home - Specially trained and experienced volunteers provide in-home
visiting and Nav-CARE. Services provided in confidence and may include
companionship, respite care, practical and emotional supports * service can be
weekly or more frequent depending on need
Bereavement Services - Bereavement Support Groups held in various
communities twice annually, and one-to-one grief support.
