- Learn about ways to prevent and respond to abuse, including child abuse, abuse of older adults, sexual assault, and intimate partner violence

- Resources to help move your body, eat well, and get enough sleep to support well-being and reduce the risk of chronic disease

Alcohol and Other Drugs
- Learn about the health impacts of alcohol, opioids, cannabis, tobacco and vapour products * find quit resources and learn how parents can support their children to make informed choices

- Dental preventative services for qualifying children and youth 17 years of age and younger

Food and Eating
- Eating is about more than food and can look different from person to person. Choose foods for enjoyment, culture, preferences, traditions, budget, health, and celebrations:- enjoy a variety of foods, including foods found in Canada’s Food Guide
- include plant-based foods like beans, peas, pulses, vegetables, and fruits
- pay attention to feeling hungry and full
- cook and eat with others more often
Canada’s Food Guide can help:- lower risk of heart disease, diabetes, certain types of cancer, and osteoporosis
- have a healthy pregnancy and baby
- provide the nutrients for children need to grow and develop
- have more energy and feel good
