literacy Health and wellbeing Identity, culture and belonging Recognizing your needs and advocating for them appropriately Completing paperwork and submitting applications Creating your long-term support network Referrals to community agencies Working through system challenges
This program is for youth who are:
- Aged 16-24
- Living in Oxford County
- Feeling overwhelmed by problems and not sure where to start
