Service Description: Supporting Perth County youth aged 14-24 experiencing homelessness, or at-risk of homelessness, since 1991.

Shelter services include 24/7 support, shelter diversion, 15 short-term emergency beds, basic needs, and employment/educational resources.

Outreach services include prevention, family mediation, family reunification, trusteeships, community consultations and information sessions, and post-shelter support.
