Service Description:	Prevention and control of infectious disease * inspects institutional food premises, including: long-term care homes retirement homes hospitals and childcare centres Monitors and responds to outbreaks in institutions and community * conducts case and contact management for diseases of public health significance Inspects personal service settings, including: tattoo and piercing shops nail salons and barber shops Provides Infection Prevention and Control education and consultation for certain congregate living settings through the South West IPAC Hub * investigates potential lapses of infection prevention and control
