Service Description:

Support for older persons living in the community with cognitive impairments due to mental health issues, addictions, dementia and other neurological conditions that can often cause responsive behaviours
Behaviours include:- aggression
- wandering
- physical aggression
- and at times wandering without specific purpose which is most often related to cognitive decline
