Service Description:

Provides wrap around supports to people experiencing homelessness, those who are accessing emergency shelter, people in unstable housing, or who are otherwise vulnerable by connecting them to housing, medical, financial and legal services and supports
Services and supports are administered by trained professionals and include trauma informed care, substance use, and mental health supports
