Service Description:

Transitional housing for women 50 years and older who are homeless, have unstable housing, or have no fixed address * works with clients to set goals and find permanent housing
- on-site social services contracted through CMHA Thames Valley Addiction and Mental Health Services
- physical and mental health support, nutrition and wellness
- life skills
- referrals to community resources
